Lisia Polana (Fox Meadow) begins construction of single family homes subdivision located at our course. Every home will be located inside the existing course, each with a Golf Course view.

An area of about 9 hectares has been divided into 37 plots. In faze one, we anticipate the construction of 10 houses located between the first and the green of the eighteenth tee.

To ensure privacy and security, the connecting road, the entrance and the estate will be fully monitored 24 hours a day

The proposed size the plots is between 1500-2400 m2. Each owner will automatically become a lifetime member of the club, will be able to use his own golf cart on the club premises.

Every garage will be equipped with designated area to park golf cart.
